Leap Forward
Leap Forward approached me with a clear vision: to create a new visual identity for a management consulting company deeply rooted in purpose, dialogue, and human connection.
From the very beginning, the client emphasized that people are their most important asset, and that collaboration, trust, and open conversation are essential tools to help companies become more structured, prepared, and capable of solving complex problems.
Expertise
The project included the definition of brand identity, brand book, business card, company presentation, website, email signature and proposal templates.
Throughout the briefing and the initial working sessions, one idea became central: people are at the core of everything Leap Forward does.
This concept led to a visual solution where each shape represents a person — unique in color and form, just like individuals within a team. When these shapes come together, they unite to form the letter “F”, symbolizing Leap Forward itself.
The result is a logo and visual system that reflects both individuality and unity: different elements working together to create something stronger, structured, and moving forward. A direct visual metaphor for teamwork, shared purpose, and collective growth.
