During my time at Millennium BCP, I worked as a Digital Designer within the Digital Marketing team, in a highly performance-driven environment focused on conversion. My role was closely connected to campaign development, translating strategic and creative inputs from team brainstorms into effective digital communication assets aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Expertise
The project included the development of conversion-focused digital assets, mainly oriented towards paid media and campaign execution. This work covered the creation and declination of display formats (such as half pages, MRECs, billboards and mobile banners), social media content, assets for own media channels, and digital materials for app campaigns.
A core part of my work focused on paid media, where I was responsible for the creative development and visual declination of digital campaigns. Working collaboratively with the team, I helped shape the creative direction of campaigns and produced a wide range of assets for display advertising — including half pages, MRECs, billboards, mobile banners, etc — as well as content for social media and internal channels (own media).
All materials were designed with consistency, scalability and performance in mind, ensuring strong visual impact across multiple formats and platforms.
In parallel, I also contributed to the creation of digital content for the Millennium BCP app, always with a strong focus on conversion. These assets were designed to support user engagement and drive specific actions within the app, balancing brand consistency with clear, conversion-oriented communication in a highly regulated and product-focused environment.

Working at Millennium BCP gave me the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and knowledgeable digital marketing team, where I learned a great deal both professionally and personally. The team operated like a small in-house agency within a large organization, combining a strong results-driven mindset with a young, collaborative and positive working environment. This experience allowed me to grow as a digital designer while contributing to campaigns focused on performance, efficiency and measurable impact.
